TRANSFORM – Generations, Values and Urban Mobility
Our study examines how generational values influence the acceptance of transformative urban mobility policies. The aim is to understand the relationship between the values of different generations, their acceptance of these values, and the introduction of new mobility measures. In this way, we show how social and generational factors shape mobility and how measures can be successfully implemented.
Project objectives:
- To understand the role of generational values in the acceptance of transformative urban mobility policies.
- To examine the socialization of generations in relation to the redistribution of road space in the context of mobility transitions.
- To draw conclusions for transport policy.
We will provide information about the results of the study here.
This project is being developed as part of the European research initiative, TRANSFORM. TRANSFORM addresses the challenge of urban mobility from various perspectives. It examines how urban mobility is evolving, the reasons behind this change, and its impact on cities and their inhabitants.
