Researchers visit: hands-on mobility

The OeAD’s Science Ambassadors program (only available for Austrian schools and kindergarten) enables children and young people to experience science up close by bringing researchers directly into schools, kindergartens, and after-school care centers.

Our program focuses on topics related to mobility – everything to do with transportation, traffic, and sustainable ways of getting from A to B – and thus areas that are closely linked to children’s everyday experiences. In age-appropriate, interactive workshops, we provide exciting insights into our research, talk about our everyday working lives, and show how everyday phenomena are scientifically researched.
